"Guided by an atheist father, I grew up free of prejudices peddled by religion."

`

`

On the day he became a cardinal, he was asked by a reporter the secret of his success.

Albino Luciani = White Light

`

`

"We will set aside the preferences built into

us by our Christian fathers, and together we

will muster the strength to lift those

restraints unfairly placed upon the lives of

so many innocent people by doctrine... for

God-given human life is infinitely more

precious than is man-made doctrine."

His first words to those who elected him struck at the basic canon on which the Church had been founded.

"We have made of sex the greatest of sins, whereas it is nothing more than human nature

and not a sin at all..."

`

`

The most prolific message of his ministry. He would change the definition of morality in the Church from what is right and wrong in the bedroom in the minds of a bunch of men in the Vatican who had never been in the bedroom to what is really right and wrong.

"God is the Father, more so the Mother"

Voicing his will for women parity in the Church, he defines 'God' before worldwide television cameras on Sunday Sept. 10, 1978.

`

In an audience with Philippine bishops Sept. 28, 1978 he was asked what he had meant by his declaration:

`

"According to tales told by ancient men for political advantage, God is the Father. According to all we really know, God is the Mother."

It is within us."

"The desire to parent children is a basic human need. Until we can guarantee basic human rights to the tiniest minority we cannot truthfully call ourselves a democracy."

`

`

For twenty years as a bishop, he was a rampaging locomotive running about the courts and Parliament of Italy demanding human rights and dignity for all.

Faced by an orphan population of two million in Italy, he lobbied in Italian Parliament to make it legal for single persons to adopt children.

An opposition member challenged: "But that would make it legal for homosexuals to adopt children."  Above is John Paul's (Bishop Luciani's) response.

July 26 1978. Most cardinals in support of Pius XII' ban on genetic research condemned the world's first artificially inseminated child. Some went so far as to label the infant "a child of the devil."

`

Luciani sent a private message to her parents:

`

"My deepest congratulations on the birth of your little girl. The Church has no right to condemn you for what you asked the doctors to carry out. Be assured there is reserved for both you and your child a high place in heaven."

`

In defying a papal decree, rumors surfaced that his confirmation as a cardinal would not be forthcoming that year.  Three weeks later he became John Paul I.

"Never be afraid to stand up for what is right whether your adversary be your parent,

your peer, your teacher, your preacher

or even your God." `

`

Speaking to a Venice youth group, he praises Lincoln and Susan B. Anthony for having had the courage to set aside the sacred instruction of their God:

`

"Thou shalt not covet (want to take from) thy neighbor his property, including his house, his wife, his slaves, his ox, his ass.”*

`

`

*The Tenth Commandment as it appears in Bibles predating 1881 and the Jewish Torah. Modern Bibles change the word 'slaves' to 'servants'. The word 'slaves' no longer good for business.

The Christian God holds women as mere property of men and protects the right of one man to enslave another.

The United States Constitution was originally based on God's commandment, until Susan B. Anthony and Abraham Lincoln came along in the middle of the nineteenth century.

In accepting the papacy, as an enemy of idolatry in the Church, he quoted his atheist father:

`

"If Jesus wanted us to fall down on our knees and adore Him, He would be everything

He told us not to be!"

His devout mother taught him the idolatry of Christ -

down on his knees asking for selfish favors...

His atheist father taught him the ideology of Christ -

up on his feet helping others...

The day before John Paul I was found dead he lifted a chalice to worldwide television cameras:

``

"This chalice contains one hundred and twenty of the world's most precious diamonds while children all over the world starve to death...

`

'

Do you really think this is what

Christ meant by His Church?"

John Paul II holds the chalice his predecessor speaks

of, one of nine thousand in the Vatican collection.

`
During the twenty years they were bishops, driven by the Church's condemnation of born-out-of-wedlock children, Italy and Poland suffered from immense orphan populations - two million in each country.

During those twenty years, Albino Luciani (John Paul I) built 44 orphanages and not a single church. Karol Wojtyla (John Paul II) built 53 churches and not a single orphanage.

Two different men ruled by two different gods.
